Progress is being made

When I awoke today, suddenly nothing happened
But in my dreams, I slew the dragon
And down this beaten path, up this cobbled lane
I'm walking in my old footsteps, once again

And you say, just be here now
Forget about the past, your mask is wearing thin
Just let me throw one more dice
I know that I can win
I'm waiting for my real life to begin

-Colin Hay, Waiting For My Real Life To Begin

Much slower than I'd like, but some progress is being made.  Got a quick coat of primer on most of her, and all but one seat are now out, and ready for me to start working on the floor.  Still need to do some rust removal and Bondo, and get the stop sign and the flashers removed.

I'm WAY BEHIND SCHEDULE, but I do have a backup plan. I was hoping to be 75-80% done by November, but realistically, I just need it legally driveable by then and I should be able to make up for lost time if all goes well.

I've also started to feel a little bit more inspired to do some studio work- It's just a matter of carving the time out from my insane summer schedule. I'm working so many hours that it's next to impossible to do basic stuff like laundry and grocery shopping, let alone the important stuff like art and music!  But, that's the sacrifice I've chosen to make so that I can have winters free to travel.  We all do what we gotta do.
